This  anthology contains first, second, third and commended prize winning entries to our inaugural competition.  For our first year we confined entry to the Charters Towers region.  While the authors come from this region their.  subject matter is much wider; from South Africa to Vanuatu to Australia, memoirs to Sci-fi.  The standard of entry was very high as commented on by Professor Taylor, highlighting for us, once again, the wealth of talent hidden in smaller communities.

             There are both Junior and Open entries in Short stories and poetry, which we are sure you will enjoy
